Colour Lovers is a place to view, rate and review colours and colour palettes. It’s quite a good place to stop off for some inspiration, if not for the lovely colours then for the interesting names and contexts the colours are given.

33,000 english nouns, each represented by a coloured rectangle, assigned a colour based on an Yahoo! image search for that noun. It can be viewed much like a thesaurus or by colour. Clusters like plants and surgery become apparent at distance but the whole thing takes on a vaguely caucasian skin tone at its widest which might say more about the images and thus users on the internet than the designer imagined.
